PISCES TABLE SURVIVES BEING RUN OVER BY CAR
“I have an aluminum frame Pisces table that I use for my outcalls. I love my table, and I love that it is sturdy enough to survive being run over and dragged by my car.

I am in the habit of propping my table against my rear bumper while I pile my sheets, oil, purse, etc. into my car, then I go put the table in he truck. Several weeks ago I was tired and preoccupied with getting home. I propped my table up, piled my stuff in the car, got in and backed up. There was an odd sound, and I thought I had a flat tire. I backed up more to see if the car felt like it had a flat . . . and then I realized!

I stopped the car as my heart leapt into my chest. I pulled forward, hoping for the best. I jumped out of my car only to NOT find my table lying behind my car. I fearfully checked under the car, and found the table wedged under the rear axle. I took hold of the handles and gently pulled, hoping that it would just slide out, but it didn’t move more than an inch. Not knowing what to do, I decided to just pull and hope for the best, and with a little muscle I was able to free it. There was a tear in the case as well as a tire mark across it so I was sure that the frame had probably been bent by the weight of the car. I pulled the table out of the case and inspected it carefully… amazingly it seemed to be unscathed by the incident. I’ve been using the table ever since and it has held up perfectly!

I feel very fortunate that the only damage that came out the situation was the tear in the case. It could have been very costly mistake that I will never make again. Thank you for making such high quality tables that are light and durable.”
